At Hello Body Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used personal care items for hygiene reasons

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  3. We will process your return and issue a refund or exchange based on your preference.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different one, please contact us to discuss availability.
