At Hello Body Shop, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds:
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process:

- Provide your order details and reason for the refund request.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds:
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Non-refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Opened or used personal care items due to hygiene reasons
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
