Refund Policy

At Hello Body Shop, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for the refund request.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Non-refundable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used personal care items due to hygiene reasons

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
